Thank you for visiting and shopping with iPetprints. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free shipping on all orders. Once shipped, orders will arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Each one of our products are custom engraved, typically 1-3 business days will need to pass before your order will be engraved. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Couriers
We use a range of couriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. If you have restrictions on receiving from a particular courier, inform us by emailing support@ipetprints.com with your order number.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Free Shipping Area:
Europe: the entire European region (excluding Russian Siberia and the Far East, Iceland, and Greenland)
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Central American countries.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
South America: Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina.
Asia: Excludes Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia.
